KUALA LUMPUR – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has appealed to the public for their understanding regarding a temporary adjustment to the monthly quota for the Budi Madani RON95 (Budi95) programme.

Effective April 1, beneficiaries of the Budi95 initiative will see their monthly fuel quota temporarily adjusted from 300 litres to 200 litres. This measure is a temporary fine-tuning of the targeted subsidy programme.

The Prime Minister expressed his hope that citizens would grasp the necessity behind this interim change. The Budi Madani RON95 programme is a crucial initiative designed to provide essential fuel support to eligible individuals.

The government’s request for public understanding underscores the ongoing efforts to manage resources effectively while continuing to support the populace through such vital programmes.
