KABUL – In a significant step towards strengthening regional economic ties, Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan have signed commercial memorandums of understanding (MoUs) valued at more than $156 million. These landmark agreements were inked during the recent Afghanistan–Kyrgyzstan Trade Connectivity Conference, held with great success in Kabul.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) of Afghanistan announced that the conference served as a vital platform for fostering deeper economic cooperation between the two nations. The high-profile event saw key participation from Afghanistan’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Nooruddin Azizi, and Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Economy, among other esteemed delegates.
