The program will concentrate on several high-priority sectors crucial for modern economic and technological advancement. These include:
- Aviation Manufacturing: Strengthening Belarus’s capabilities in aerospace engineering and production.

The Powerhouse Universities Leading the Charge
To ensure the success of this specialized training, four of Belarus’s leading universities have been identified for their existing expertise and capacity. These institutions possess the necessary schools and infrastructure to develop the next generation of intellectual “special operatives”:
- Belarusian State University (BSU): A comprehensive university with strong foundations in various sciences and humanities.
- Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU): A powerhouse in engineering and technical disciplines.
